This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email, and (optionally) phone number, along with your message and the buying/selling/relocating context you select. We don’t ask for sensitive information, and you control what you send.

How we use it

We use your information for one thing: to respond to your inquiry and help you buy, sell, or relocate. If you give consent on the form, Ivey may follow up by phone or email about what you asked. We don’t sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, we’ll text you only about the inquiry you sent. Message and data rates may apply and frequency varies; reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

Contact-form submissions are transmitted and briefly stored by a third-party form service so the message can reach Ivey’s inbox. Property listings shown on this site come from the local MLS via an IDX feed. These providers process data only to make the site work.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to access or delete the information you’ve shared, at any time. Just email iveyhayesrealtor@gmail.com. We’ll take care of it.

Retention

We keep your inquiry only as long as needed to help you and to meet any recordkeeping rules that apply to real estate, then dispose of it.
