For lake-country clients, Chattanooga is the everything-else city: the direct flight home, the specialist appointment, the anniversary dinner, the college kid's apartment. The Riverwalk, the Aquarium, and the North Shore give visitors plenty of reasons to come to you once you've made the move.
The city's north side (Hixson, Soddy-Daisy, the Chester Frost peninsula) runs right up the west shore of Chickamauga Lake, so the line between "Chattanooga life" and "lake life" is blurrier than a map suggests. Plenty of Ivey's clients work in the city and live on the water north of it.

Where the lake starts
Chickamauga Dam marks the lake's downstream end. From there it's open water all the way up to Watts Bar Dam, with city-side parks and ramps at the near end.
